1 1. Purpose
These terms of service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the LuxActivity platform accessible at www.luxactivity.lu (hereinafter "the Platform").
The Platform is published by LuxActivity SARL, a company under Luxembourg law, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number [to be completed], whose registered office is located at 1, rue de la Gare, L-1611 Luxembourg.
2 2. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.
3 3. Service Description
LuxActivity is a connection platform for leisure activities in Luxembourg. The Platform allows users to:
- Discover and view activities offered by partners
- Send booking requests to partners
- Manage their booking requests
- Leave reviews on activities
4 4. Registration and User Account
Using certain features of the Platform requires creating a user account. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Comply with these Terms
5 5. Booking Requests
5.1 Request Process
Booking requests are transmitted to partners according to availability. The partner will contact the user directly to confirm the booking and agree on payment terms.
5.2 Payment
LuxActivity is a free connection platform. Payment for the activity is made directly with the partner according to their own conditions (on-site, bank transfer, etc.).
5.3 Confirmation
Your request is sent to the partner with "pending" status. The partner will contact you directly to finalize your booking.
6 6. Cancellation and Modification
6.1 Customer Cancellation
Cancellation conditions vary by activity and are specified on each product sheet. Generally, cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the activity.
6.2 Partner Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the partner, you will be fully refunded or can reschedule your activity.
6.3 Modification
Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the activity and are subject to partner acceptance.
7 7. Liability
LuxActivity acts solely as an intermediary connecting users and partners. The responsibility for proper execution of the activity and payment rests exclusively with the partner.
LuxActivity cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the Platform, technical failure, or disputes between users and partners.
8 8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, videos) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to LuxActivity or its partners.
Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
9 9. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible on the Platform.

LuxActivity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform.
11 11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Luxembourg courts.
