Your request is sent to the partner with "pending" status. The partner will review your request and contact you directly (by email or phone) to propose available time slots and finalize your booking.
Generally, partners respond within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification once the partner has reviewed your request. You can track the status of your requests in "My Bookings".
All our partners are verified and reliable. Availability depends on weather conditions and minimum number of participants when indicated. The partner will inform you directly.

Payment is made directly with the partner, according to their conditions (on-site, bank transfer, etc.). LuxActivity does not handle any payments, we are only a connection platform.

The invoice will be provided directly by the partner after your activity. LuxActivity does not handle invoicing as we do not process any payments.
Yes, you can cancel your request at any time from your account. If the partner has already confirmed your booking, contact them directly to know their cancellation conditions.
Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings", select the request to cancel and click "Cancel". An email will be sent to the partner to inform them.
Yes, you can modify the details of your request (date, number of participants) from your account as long as the partner has not confirmed yet. After confirmation, contact the partner directly.
If the partner cannot accept your request (lack of availability, number of participants, etc.), they will contact you to propose alternatives or inform you by email.
Click on "Sign up" at the top of the page, fill in the form with your information and validate. You will receive a confirmation email.
